cheekit 001: ennis beanie, horse, designed by snazzy.mj.
our first textile kit, made in collaboration with knitwear designer snazzy.mj, from northern ireland, currently studying at london college of fashion. her piece depicting the enniskillen knight inspired this collection: a chunky beanie with a row of horses, a little piece of history from her home. pick two colours of loop 8 and knit your own.
what’s in the kit
- 4 × 50g balls of loop 8 recycled yarn, 2 of each colour you choose
- addi premium classic circular needle, 7mm, 60cm
- knitting pattern and instructions, sent to your inbox as a download link after you order
you knit with two strands held together, so each colour comes as a pair of balls. makes one beanie. yarn use can vary with size and tension.
skill level: intermediate
you’ll also need (not included): a stitch marker and a darning needle.
choosing colours: colour a is your main colour (ribbing, crown and background). colour b is your horse colour.
